First Annual NIC Inspection: Any wise words?

I've got my first annual NIC inspection this week .... I've got a EIC Cert job and a MW job to show him. What else should I be expectiing from the inspector? Many thanks in advance.

Part P annual fee

Wow...jeez...how much? Just been looking into what's involved with becoming Part P registered and it looks like if costs £400+ per year. Is this right? I can see why there might be a hefty initial charge when you are assessed but why does it cost so much for an annual renewal?:confused:
