Hi all, this is my first post on this forum so be gentle :)
I've been asked by the landlord of an HMO to complete an EICR on one of his properties containing 2 x 1 bedroom flats. This is fairly straightforward.
However, he also wants me to provide a certificate for the correct functioning...

Had my annual visit this morning, now I'm fairly confident in my abilities and technical knowledge so why do I get so stressed about it?
For anyone expecting theirs it was a case of ZE's, building regs, Part L and F and a discussion of the new ammendment. Passed with an A so waste of time...
Yes, its that time of year again, got my library, certificates, calibration certificate, insurance, paperwork in order.
Got a site where I did recently finished a total rewire available for site visit.
Got tea/coffee & bickies ready.
Any suggestions for what they are asking this year?

Your system is predicted to produce ‘z’ kWh

and 'z' the yearly power the system produces...

Yes the lady said, pay your annual fee now, then pay your following years payments monthly, so at the end of the year your next...
