Alright guys im starting my own work. what work comes in under minor work certs? does any work in a bathroom / kitchen have to be notified to building control or can some jobs be minor work certs

While trying to trying to fill in a cert I discovered it was not saving entries, tried the help / support took all day yesterday and half of today eventually rang them on a number that was nowt to do with my issue (cos there aint one ??) and had a rant and went to work, got back to get an email...

I have fill in a test not done it since college, i dont know what to put in the max disconnection time for Bs60898 MCBs protected by a 63A 30ma RCD main switch, no circuit exceeds 32A
