Core Drill for Bathroom / Kitchen Fans

Any suggestions for a core drill to fit an extraction fan in a bathroom or kitchen?? I have been told that a diamond core drill is needed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.:) Warren

fans in bathroom

hello all had a visit from the building inspector today , pulled me on a couple of things, 2 av sorted, but 1 i cant find a answer too. apparently i HAVE to have a extractor fan in the bathroom. there is 2 windows in the room and its straight off the landing hence all house ventilation. need...

Do I include fans in a rewire ?

I have been asked to price a rewire, what I'm not sure about is should I insist that ext. fans be fitted to kitchen and bathroom as part of complying with 17th edition? If owner says no thanks can I still issue cert but list ommisions and reason why.
