    DST or BST clocks go back this sunday

    How do you feel about this ? does it affect your work. It was started a 100 years ago as a means of saving energy (lighting as it gets dark an hour later) I personally think its a waste of time now as things have changed dramatically in 100 years. Ps dont turn up for work an hour early !
