I need to move a board and provide the supply is there 25mm cable not tails/singles or SWA, like SWA with the PVC and armour removed can we still get 16mm T&E ? havn't seen it in yonks, also where can I get bus bar to cable connections for a taking a feed out the CU to a remote RCD & OPD or switched fuse unit

Yes , you can still get 16mm t&e
PVC split con is also available in 16mm.
If the job needs 25mm cable then it will have to be swa.

Don't really understand what you are trying to do here.

Normally one would use Henley blocks but not practical if the cable is not double insulated. Perhaps connect your cable (going to the other DB) to an MCB on the non-rcd side of a "high-integrity" board.
 
Henly's are no use on this job, I used the unit I am after years back its like a MCB in apperance but has no switching capability, no point i using a MCB as I would need a 100A one which as far as I know do not exist

It is a single phase board off a 3 phase board & I don't want to use henly's to connect into the cable from the meter, nothing more dramatic than that, good link tho I will have a look in a mo
