3 gang dimmer and switch

Anyone know where I can get my hands on one of these?

buy some grid switching from a local wholesaler you will need 3 dimmer switches, 1 one way or two way switch, 4 gang yolk and a 4 gang face plate. mk do them but there is other makes which maybe cheaper.
