They seem to have combined system within the CU E/N block at the top? then seperated after switch??

circuits are White - N
Red - L
Green - CPC

Supply L and N black (CPC created by strapping Neutral to earth block at top)

I thought neutral was looped to another board maybe? The main switch don't make any sense. I think it is a DP breaker looks like a C63

Those aren't RCBOs are they? Where's the RCD protection?
It doesn't comply with BS7671 and judging by the way half of it isn't connected it won't even work.

Its double pole it says N on back of box thus it must isolate a neutral bar where all white cables go, the L obviously is a plug on busbar rail.
