Any thoughts to good mobile phone that i can do certs on

hI want get new mob. do not want iphone. but do want to be able to fill out certs with maybe some cert software/app of some sort.
i know easycert and others do but want to get idea on mobiles on market that can do ...had BB as does pdf word etc etc but can see no cert apps. looking at HTC but no idea really...guess android is must....but bit stupid when comes to mobiles....not really into touch screen either but if phone good enough would consider...

any thoughts

iPhone or even better the iPad... Not out yet but I'll bet in the next 12mths one of the cert software companies will be bringing an app out.... Just have to hold out for a while

cant recommend HTC highly enough, they make great phones, dont know about cert apps as i have no need for them, you can get, in fact i think HTC phones come with adobe PDF reader, the reason i dont know for sure is because i hacked my HTC phone a while ago and have tried out so many different things i've forgotten what came with it and what i modified.
My next phone will be HTC.
