What a nightmare this has become most of yesterday and all morning to day trying to get an answer from them, I phoned Perth in the end got through to a call center in south Africa, and its went downhill from there, I just need tails connected to the meter the customer is pulling her hair out and I am no further forward, most sse account are with OVO but not this one OVO were great I must say as if the acccount had been transferred over it would be in hand but SSE are not interested anyone else having grieve,

The upside is I know one of the local sse now ssen guys who confessed he is well aware of the situation he is network but no matter who you pay your bill to he is the chap who invariably gets tasks with the call I mean I could meet him in the co-op carpark and ask him to pop round ( as was the case till about 5 years ago ) but not anymore you need to go through the call centre which is pointless,
