Anyone got a vw van?

as title says, im venturing out in to the big wide world of sparkying and need a van, im a bit of a petrol head and have sold my pride and joy bmw 3 series to get a van so im only interested in vw. im looking at caddys but fear it may be a bit small in the back, does anyone here work out of one?

it all depends what you carry about and how much racking or how disorinised you are the caddy i had was great but needed bigger when going get stuff great for tools ect the maxi caddy is a good bit bigger

i doubt i would rack the van out probably just have a row of tool boxes and then boxes for accessories and enclosures, so it can all be removed if needed, the maxi is an eye sore so im not interested in that, i may be better off with a tranporter but my money wont go quite as far.

If you like VW's then i will second the Transporter. Best van I ever had, drives like a car and cannot fault them in any way.
May be a bit big if your only looking at the caddy, would be carefull leaving gear in a caddy though, easiest van to break into as the makeup of back doors mean you can just pull the top down and lift anything out as the hinges are set really low. another sparks had his done a couple of years ago and lost everything.

I'm a VW man too.

Had the caddy, caddy maxi & a transporter.

If funds allow, I'd go for a transporter the extra room is definitely a bonus.
