I’m about to register with elecsa which will be my first time with a scheme provider, as you no I need to do a major piece of work for them to assess, but do I therefore need to inform building control first as I’m not registered with anyone. If I do did any get asked for the certificate on the assessment.

Hi

On speaking to a friend who joined the NICEIC he was issued with green certs in which he could certify his own works until he passed the assessment I'm not sure if this exactly correct. I wonder if elecsa do the same?

regards
