Which bit are you struggling with? You don't even have to get the lux levels anywhere near.

Look at some nice looking non corrosive LED fittings For the damp areas and don’t forget about emergency lighting on both sides of any external fire exits, stairwells. You will need sufficient lighting to get to the exits as well. I think they should be maintained due to it being a public area.

Mark them on the plan view and print out the data sheets.

I don’t think it’s asking for much more.
