Hi

A friend has just said that in his parents house (20 years ago) they had a pull switch in the bathroom that when you pulled it once the light come on and then when you pulled twice in quick succession the light and extract fan came on.

Has anyone come across anything like this before or would know how to set something up like this?

Or suggest a way of doing something similar...basically they want 1 pull cord in the bathroom, no switch on the outside but a way of controlling the light and fan separately.

All advice greatly appreciated as i'm not sure if that's even possible!

Thanks

If you can't find the pull switch you are after then an alternative is to use wireless switches. (Like Quinetic). Yes it will be expensive, as you would have to but 2 of them in. Then you can have the 2 switches inside the bathroom. Fitted anywhere they like, as they are wireless and safe to use in the bathroom.
No switches outside the bathroom...
