First time post so apologies if this is already been discussed somewhere. I did do a quick look but didn't find much and the ones I did find seemed to be focused on a single bag or a different tester.

So I've recently bought a Megger 1741+ and the EV adapter kit and although I'm not a fan of the soft carry case the Megger came with I don't mind the carry case for the EV adapter as that'll only be used occasionally.

My Question.. What bags/boxes are people finding best to store the Megger itself, Leads, probe tips and some hand tools?

Pictures and/or links would be appreciated too.

Thanks in advance

This sort of case?

Need to check dimensions as they come in several sizes.

looks like a nice sturdy option, I will try and find something online that shows the inside.

Thank you

I use an aluminuim camera case, dividers arranged to suit tester+ accessories.

only 3 sizes.... too small, too big, just right.

CK do a soft meter test bag called Magma , at a decent price which works fine for my 1711, though I don't have the EV adapter kit:

They also do a slightly bigger version which may be better for the extra adapter.

Pro Pac have a nice meter bag, but it is expensive

I have this bag and can get the 1730, associated leads, basic set of hand tools and thr PTE550W in, it's a good bag, even if the build quality isn't on par with Veto et all

I carried my 1553 around in one of those ck bags. Had the first one for about 8 years until the zips on the main compartment finally gave up! Second one is still going strong but I only use it occasionally as it's now my backup tester.
I currently use the soft bag that came with the 1741+ but it's already starting to fall apart after only 2 years of abuse!
I was looking at the Dewalt hard boxes that David Savery did a vid on a few weeks ago but came to the conclusion it was just a tad too big.
I may have to go back to another CK bag!

I use this with the testing gear in the middle compartment.
