Had to do a double take of the cupboard with the DNO cutout. Had one similar last week!

We had to rewire a farm buildings that burnt down. The fuses in a 3ph sw/fuse kept blowing so the farmer replaced them with fencing wire. The fault returned and instead of the fuses blowing, the wiring caught fire...

Strangely the insurance company refused to pay for the repairs.
