Best overall package

Hi

I am after people thoughts on the best overall software package?

To include both test certs and design software/ office package etc?

Have been looking around and amtech appear to be pretty good but I am finding it a little difficult to work out just how much of it to potentially go for?

Have Holycroft but in all honesty don't find it that great over all.

The NAPIT desktop package I have is for certs only and I also don't think a lot of that.

If I am going to go for another software purchase I need to get it right this time, 3rd time lucky and all that lol!
