Customer is eyeing up bollard lights from Intalite brand. (All of these ones 230V type). I find that they generally have posts too narrow to accept daisy-chain in-out of SWA, and they seem to allow space for only a rubber cable connection. I spoke to the manufacturers, and they appear to have no idea about the practicality of fitting their own lights.
So quite apart from the inconvenience and expense of a separate termination JB for the SWA, there is also the safety and visual problem of protecting the local rubber cables, and serviceability of boxes hidden in the bushes or buried underground.

Can anyone recommend domestic/garden bollard lights with enough fitting space to comfortably terminate in/out 2.5mm SWA within the pillar?

**Even better** would be 700mA constant current driven LED ones, then I wouldn't really mind how thin the bollards since being SELV it removes lots of cable and earthing problems. Googling about, these are like hen's teeth so if you know of any let me know.
