My box truck has interior lighting in the box and its wired directly to the fuse box (blue wire at bottom of pic). The interior lights are also connected to the front marker lights somehow. After months of it being fine, it went haywire last night and now they're shorting out the ignition and dashboard. I pulled the fuse (that I'm pointing at in the pic) to fix the problem. But now 2 clearance lights aren't working (3 are?) and I hav no in box lights. 20210831_135544.jpg
It's a 15 amp fuse, 12g wire, 2 bar LED lamps, a center led lamp, 7 running lights(clearance lights20210831_135444.jpg20210831_135432.jpg
So do I hav to much happening on the circuit now and it needs more ground? All I did was tie into the ceiling light and added 2 bar lights and a switch. Now the truck dash is goin haywire... i couldn't shut it off after I took the key out. I turned the headlight knob and it finally quit with the speedometer needle goin crazy. Please help. Thx

With no fuse... these are the lights that work... when I put the fuse in, the interior lights box lights work. And then all hell breaks loose and the electrical goes haywire. Do I need to add a ground wire somewhere?20210831_213026.jpg

I suspect this is going to need someone on site with a multimeter and good fault finding skills.

Having said that, I would definitely check that you have good ground connections - this can often cause unusual faults.
