How am I to get a cable under my block paved drive dont want a catenary wire, may have to bring in civils any tricks?

Depends on the size cable, I have drilled under garden patio with 20 mm drill bit with load of extension pieces (below floor level of course), and it worked.

what kind of cable were you thinking, and what's it for?
