Hey so I need help understanding this question and understanding it in the NEC.The service to a multistory building is 277/480-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire. There are 125 120-volt, duplex, general-purpose receptacles to be installed on each floor. A 3-phase, 480-volt primary, 120/208-volt secondary transformer is to be installed on each floor to supply the receptacles. Calculate the transformer secondary kilovolt-ampere (kVA) devoted to only the general-purpose receptacle load.
Being that we don’t know how many floors there are at the time we would not try and find the feeder demand for the outlets.

Anyone?

Have you asked your lecturers about the problem?

This is non-dwelling, yes? One transformer serves 125 duplexes. So how many VA per strap? Total? Over 10kVA so apply load factor calculation? Show your working so far...
