As in the title?
It's an old house, certainly pre 1980's.

That looks like Polycell Ripple finish on wallpaper, not known for containing Asbestos.
It's not Artex, the spikey bits are too,, spikey.
If you rub the back of your hand over it and it takes the skin off, it's Polycell.

Artex is plaster based and tends to have a smoother finish to any lumps or spikes.

Disclaimer; If in any doubt about anything, get expert testing and opinions.
