cant post reply or see some photos :(

Hi. asked this to a mod some time ago but no reply about why i sometimes get told i dont have permission or privelege to see some, but not all photos. tried to post a reply in DIY section today and was again refused permission. do i need a minimum number of posts , likes or similar before being able to reply to other peoples threads or have i missed some rules somewhere. help please....

The DIY forum requires extra privileges to be added to your profile I believe.

You have enrolled as a electrician...as such you are not diy, and do not have access to a diy forum

OK understand that. i was trying to reply to a question from a diy'er about polarity on his vacuum cleaner. just thought id be allowed to do this. not seeing some pictures gets annoying tho.
