Has anyone experienced any issues with getting a good enough signal for the customer to be able to use the smart features on a Rolec Wallpod Homesmart charger? Installed recently, it is fitted just inside someone's garage but for some reason the signal strength isn't strong enough for the customer to be able to use the smart features on their app. It draws a charge but at the moment they are using it as a standard charger rather than as a smart charger.
They aren't in a remote location as they live about two miles from a major city. Any advice would be gratefully received... thanks
