I worked in an indian once and they were cooking right by where I was knocking a hole in the wall,hate to think what went into the curry that night.

I worked in some flats above an Indian restaurant and the access was at the back of the shops , the large saucepans full off food was prepared during the day and some were placed on the driveway at the back all open , with dogs and all sorts passing by..

yeah i have seen that too,they make the stock for the curries in the morning and leave it around all day usually on the floor with the chicken defrosting.

I'm sure they all use the soap dispensers you don't have to touch and wash their clothes with the stuff that kills 99% of germs... pretty much balances things out in a way....
