I'm starting an electrical course next week and would really appreciate a heads up on some of the circuits on the wall if anyone could help?

Thank you in advance

From what I can see, they look to be DOL (direct on line) motor starting circuits.

Have a read here:

What information are you requiring? Information on how it works? Or what components are?

We could do with your level of understanding ,to guage the tips given. Do you recognise the function of any of the parts ,or the distinctive noises they make in operation -ie Moving parts ?

They look like training boards and I am sure you will be given full details on these when you start your course. What type of course are you starting on?
