Evening all looking for peoples advice on a little touchy subject i have going on at a firm i work for were they are trying to push the idea of van sharing now covid restrictions have eased. Long story short my manager is insisting i have to pick up a working partner meaning leaving half hour earlier atleast each day to travel out my way and pick up an improver and still be on site at normal working time forcing myself to work the extra time dropping them off am i being unreasonable by doing my usual contractual half hours unpaid travel each way and pick up the improver and arrive at site in there time meaning no impact on my working day
