Connecting a Portakabin

Hi Guys,

I have been asked to run a supply to a portakabin temporary office, this is something that I have never done before and just wanted to confirm that my feelings are correct.

Am I correct in thinking that the temporary building should have a TT supply as there is extraneous metal parts or is it in fact ok to run a TN supply across to it, I am aware that the extraneous requires bonding btw.

Thanks in advance but it is the word temporary which makes me think TT

The cost implications are similar so tbh I would rather do it the best possible way.

Why TT? Is the supply to the main distribution area TT or TN(c)S?

the dno dont allow pme supplies to building sites under the ESQCRegs , you'll prob have to tt it anyway.
