Duran Duran still think it’s 1984 and Simon le Bon channeling the spirit of Freddie Starr.

Didn’t you see the start? She’s inside with Paddington Bear. All feels kind of weird throwing a party for the Queen and she isn't there
Craig David was there, early on.... Diana Ross should have stayed at home.... Hardly a headline act.The Paddington sketch was brilliant. And who knew her majesty kept a spare marmalade sandwich eh.
Rod Stewart, Jason Donovan - good stuff. Prince Charles' speech was very good.
And the stage setup/lighting/drones were amazing.
The George Ezra song is like something a 5 year old has written. And someone said Craig David was there, but I didn't see it. I can never understand how he is as famous as he is.
Thanksmarmalade.... paddington eats marmalade...
Its Pooh bear that eats honey.

Debunked as a fake several years ago now.
Watching countdown just now and no one suggested the 7 letter word REWIRES…. Does that mean it’s not a real word?
Where’s that dictionary?
I spent ten years and didn’t realise a TOURER wasn’t the right word for a towable caravan.
Another word not in the dictionary is GULLIBLE.
We called them tourers, I suppose a shortened version of “touring caravan”What's the real term for a towable caravan?
We called them tourers, I suppose a shortened version of “touring caravan”
I know what everyone else calls them, but I’m far too polite to repeat here.
ExactlyAh I thought you meant tourer wasn't the right word. I may have misunderstood. Ah or missed the joke! Is it the weekend yet?
Exactly
“Tourer” isn’t in the dictionary…. And from my earlier post “rewires” doesn’t appear to be in either…. Or the Countdown experts completely missed it.
TOURER. not in the Oxford English Dictionary.
TOURING. Is.
REWIRES is…. As in the plural of a rewire. So Countdown missed it.
GULLIBLE. Was a joke.
Just wasting time inbetween trying to light the bbq again….Blimy are you still going on? Is it raining or something?![]()
