As well as the neutral bars, the busbar will need replaced as well.
Knowing the prices of MK rcbo’s, you could pick up a fusebox branded one, with SPD for very little more.

However, I will have to advise seeking an electrician, as poking about in the consumer unit cannot be classed as DIY work.
