Hi, I have recently applied for my ECS card but it has been sent back to me twice. All it says is its because of certificates but I've uploaded all my certificates and then redone it the second time it was sent back to me. Anyone else had a similar issue? Need to get my ECS card for my job because I'm very limited in what I can do workwise.

What certificates do you have and what grade are you going for?

city and guilds level 3 electrical installation and stage 3
If you’re applying for Stage 3 Trainee, you’ll need to show you are on a training scheme which is supported by your employer to obtain NVQ Level 3 and AM2. If you send the training / learning agreement from your course provider or college showing the course you are on that should do it. That and a health and safety certificate or ECS HSE assessment. What did they say when you spoke to them?
