Ecs Card form filling

Hi,

I want to apply for ECS card and facing problem in section 4. Need to locate one discipline from appendix C and enter the code. I tried to find out from Bs 7671, Guidance Note 3 and on site guide but dind not find in any of the books. Pls can someone help in thie regards.

I imagine that appendix C is relating to an appendix for the form, not from anywhere else.
I imagine it' something like "Installation Elrctrician", "Street Lighting Electrician", or something similar.

There are only a few disciplines which will allow a gold card, Installation, Maintenance and Marine Electrician, are 3 that I can recall.
