recently a contractor offered a client a EICR combined with a yearly inspection for the next year. The yearly inspection was a third of the price of the EICR. What do you think the yearly inspection consists of? It's a commercial installation

As Essex sayz a visual inspection but i would of thoughtbthe client could do that themselfs , Checked for damaged accessories etc

Dunno Micheal, please tell.

We did a full inspection a few years ago made a note of EOL's identified what was on each circuit so next time we could, if asked only do the arduous circuits and circuits in rotation time would be saved. But this would have to be discussed with the client.

What sort of installation? Shop, warehouse, factory etc?
