Hello just trying to get some advice on meaning of the table in picture below not sure what min4 means with L, N, E WIRE can someone help please

Hello just trying to get some advice on meaning of the table in picture below not sure what min4 means with L, N, E WIRE can someone help please

It's referring to the CSA (size) of each conductor in the supply cable - see column 1.
 
It's a typical nasty imported cooker, designed for 3 phase, but sold with minimal mods, so that it can be used in the UK on single phase.. The terminal box will be designed for use with 1.5mm2 cable, but you will nee to squeeze in 4mm2 stuff, along with the brass links also taking up space.
