I'm not sure if this has been discussed before but can't find anything on the posts.

Does anyone know if (say) individual flats in a house have EPC's and the landlord wants to fit panels to the roof to feed his 'Landlord's supply', what EPC does the building get rated at? All flats have the same 'C' rating, unsurprisingly.
