EV CHARGERS - OZEV OR UK EMISSIONS TRADING REGISTER OR BOTH?

Hi there, I posted on a different forum last week and got no advice, so I thought I'd try here.

My electrician nephew is being inundated with EV Charger requests. He's fully qualified and has NICEIC accreditation too. I registered him for Ozev, but if I'm honest I don't understand it. Should he also be on the UK Emissions Trading Register too, and what are the benefits?

I've googled and trawled through the forum but you lot all seem to know what you're talking about, and I wondered if you could explain it to me in lay mans terms

I don't think you need either as I believe the grant scheme has ended ?

AFAIK, you dont need to be on a register.
I suppose you need to be a member of a CPS in England for the Part P stuff... but thats a given.

There is a difference however with the domestic 7kW, single phase 'fast charge' ones and the more industrial 3 phase rapid charge.

And the energy network notification form that should be filled in.....

WCS still exists, but EVHS has morphed into the EV Chargepoint Grant.
