Fix Shed Solar Lights

Hi,

I purchased these from Amazon about a year ago. They worked okay then stopped working. There is a few alternatives to buy but are very similar and wondered instead if I could figure out what is wrong with them I could fix them.

See attached pictures for solar unit and with it opened up please. Can someone tell me how I would pinpoint the fault please? I did try changing the battery in the remote yes. I mean how would I check solar panel is working, batteries have charge will charge, light units receiving power?

Difficult to see exactly, but it looks to me like water has got inside and onto the printed circuit board, so I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope tbh.
