It's called tri-rated. This is because it conforms to 3 different national standards (uk, US and Canada I think).
It is to BS6231. It can be ran upto 90deg Celcius, but design to 70 as the MCBs ect are unlikely to be rated any higher.

You should be able to get it in most wholesalers
