Guys

In GN3 p.19 under the heading of "assessment of general characteristics" point 4 mentions Harmonic distortion, how would that information be made available to a test engineer, and what could he do about it anyway?
Tested a job earlier this week and my fluke 1653 was displaying error 5 occasionally, which is Electrical noise.
Is noise the same as harmonic distortion? Is it something i have to note im my report notes?

Thanks in advance.
