Hello everyone, I have been viewing the forum for a while now and thought it was about time to say hello. I am currently a fabricator/welder and am in the process of retraining as a electrician as I hate burning myself!!! This looks like a great place for info and there are alot of helpfull people around.

Hi , Done my share of welding to, looking at a green dot all day and hot metal down me boots ahh the good old days . Good luck with retraining.

Welcome to the forum, hope the re training goes well and you do not find out that electrical burns can be as bad (or worse) than welding burns!
