Hitachi Base Stand Screws

I have a Hitachi TV which was wall mounted but now I've moved there's no room so needs to go back on base. I've lost the screws the ones I need are 55HK25T74U J and can't find them online for love of money. I've tried everywhere can anybody help??

Hi James I'm afraid not I originally had it connected to the base stand but then removed them and mounted onto wall. Now I need to add it back to the base stand I've lost the screws 55HK25T74U is the screws I need but still can't find them online anywhere
