I see just 12 if your refering to the black dot with the white ring around it.

EDIT -Ah see what you mean, if you tilt your screen correctly you see all of them but look direct at the screen and you clock about 3 at a time.

Four circles but it dont look like that it is had to follow each circle individually to prove it
