Other than the horrendous noise, what's the problem with using a jigsaw on trunking? Tool for the job in many circumstances? When the shears or ratchet cutters were awol I have resorted to Hacksaw, angle grinder or even jigsaw in the past.
I'm one of those weird people who still uses a jigsaw for some trunking work.
Still horrendous noise but multi tool for me on trunking..Other than the horrendous noise, what's the problem with using a jigsaw on trunking? Tool for the job in many circumstances?
Yep! Ummmmmmmmm yep! Agian? And agian untill I enter 5 words when one would’ve been sufficient to convey what I wanted to replyThat's even worse!! I hate the racket so much I try not to use it!
Been on jobs where they don't stop all day, sends me nuts!
Amen to that!....... Five words@Bellendian . Nearly as bad as some of the loud crap on the radios .
Battery grinder all day long..anything from PVC/galv conduit to YT2 to dado.Still horrendous noise but multi tool for me on trunking..
