A helpful guide to process control, Discusses PID control loops and an in depth easy to understand description of instrumentation techniques. For someone in the commercial game or Domestic this would be a perfect book to give you an understanding.

Funny how these threads get derailed and you wonder why new members are afraid of messaging. Grow up.
I’d have thought new members would be more intimidated being labelled boil in the bag or any other derogatory term that belittles the effort they’ve put in, than a bit of a giggle.....;)

That’s your opinion. I use the term “Boil in the bag” not in a derogatory way... just a term used between a few time served sparks I knew for someone training in the electrical game that has fast tracked their route.

Many blokes have coined that term on here. Wondering why you considered calling me out on it?

At least you avoided the boil in the bags, Pete

Sounds a little derogatory Ken......I called you out as you called me it when I first joined.....personally I could care less what someone calls me to my face let alone over a keyboard, but you raised the issue of putting off new members........;)

Well the news here portrays that it should of been an LBW and England has cheated. Ironic considering their recent dilemma.
Well if the Aussies hadn't been using their appeals to apply undue pressure then they'd have had a review left.

Oh and it was 100% plumb LBW.

Not sure where the cheating comes in though.

The real question is, did Lyon drop the ashes?
