ip44 light fitting

guys quick question can you get any ceiling light fittings that are ip44 that would have bayonet bulbs (instead of eddison screw bulbs, looking to put lights in bathroom but dont fancy downlights. anyone got a cheap and cheerfull soloution to replace the current ceiling lights that no longer work

why you want bayonet? this mob do some nice fittings, but they're mostly ES or 2D.
