Hi,
Bought a MainsSwitch device to run the RF pairing link to switch some low voltage LED strip lighting under my Breakfast bar. No direct switch link option where I need it and I’ve installed the transmitter & receiver kit.
It starts off for the first 30-60 mins working then it loses the pairing. I’ve tried resetting, re-pairing the Tx & Rx units. The link lights say it’s paired & the red/green activity LEDs show in sync when switched but the Rx unit isn’t switching the switch live output so it doesn’t work as it should.
Anyone else had this issue & know what I’m doing wrong? Some basic pics attached for ref. Thanks in advance for any help IMG_9854.jpeg

As with all electronics, it could be guff straight out the box.
Consider sending it back for refund or replacement.

If it works for a short time, then loses pairing, then maybe some other device is interfering?
Tv remote, close by microwave, fluorescent light.

You say the red/green light still work? Does it change colour on switching? It might be your LED driver at fault, or the LEDs themselves.

Do you have a two prong voltage tester or multimeter that you can use to check for power at each device?

Are you testing the setup with the components 'out in the open' and the fault is persisting?
Or are the units installed in the fabric of the building, eg in a metal back box?
Just wondering if the RF path between them is compromised, or as above if there is local interference.
