iTunes to external hard drive

What’s the best way to add only new songs to my hard drive from iTunes.
I’ve got over 14,000 songs,& I don’t won’t my hard drive to sync & fully load all songs again & again.
Just the new songs I’ve added.
 
I use a program called CopyTrans Manager
Part of a suite of programs.
Easiest one I’ve found to use
