The originator of the video removed it pretty quickly from YouTube. It showed him replacing a plastic light switch with a metal one but left the cpc at the back box which itself was plastic so it never even picked up an earth when secured to the back box.

And just to add, he could have trimmed back and redressed the mangled bits of copper that had been well bitten into by the previous terminal screws.
 
I had a hot tub recently that had been fitted with a rotary isolator. The two CPCs in the iso were connected at an earth terminal - but to two different earth terminals that were not connected. So the CPC between the iso and the tub was floating. The SWA feed to it wasn't any better either!
