LED Downlights in kitchen

Hi, hopefully someone on here can help, I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.

I have 5 x old lights in my kitchen, like old round mushroom lights.
I've taken one down and measured the hole diameter, which is 140mm. I want to change these to LED, on the understanding that in a kitchen they should ideally be fire rated.

I cannot find a LED fitting that large that is fire rated, I've looked at the all the LED round panels, searching endlessly for a fitting.
Can anyone suggest what fitting I can purchase for such a large hole and fit a fire rated LED panel into space without having to fill the holes, make good the ceiling and fit downlights.

Would buying a fitting, and sealing with a fire proof silicon or something similar be adequate. Fire proof hoods are expensive. Hope I haven't waffled too much.

Cheesecakes "plural", my mother used to make them in a 10" dish and I would never have been able to manage two as much as I loved them, that's real cheesecake not the American excuse for one, and don't get me started on Beigels.

The Lidl one is particularly fine, and the Sicillian Lemon one they occasionally do on special is divine.
