Something a little different this year…. Not that I’m running out of songs… but I thought this might cheer a few folk up.

classic comedy sketches from either Christmas editions of shows, or something nostalgic that is always shown on tv at this time of year.


First up…. The absolute kings…… it wouldn’t be Christmas without them…

Another classic. And one line in particular from this sketch repeated on this very forum a great number of times.

Something Scottish today.... Rikki Fulton from his Scotch and Wry videos from when i was a teen.
My dad would get always get a 18+ comedy video... whether it be this, jim davidson, jethro or something else. Me and my brother would have it opened, into the machine and being watched. My mother, every year without fail, would come through from the kitchen and say the immortal words;.....


"Pit that rubbish aff afore yer granny gets here!"

A little dated now.... just replace every mention of Queen, with King.

And Second.... One of his situation sketches. He did several "last calls" sketches from a vicar or reverend character sitting in a chair... but this has to be the funniest.
